COMPANY STRUCTURE

Evroenergy s.a. is a greek wind energy development company, founded in 2001. In 2003 Deutsche Erneuerbare Energien GmbH (subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG) entered the company.

The shareholding structure of the company is as follows:

– 99,49 % DEE - Deutsche Erneuerbare Energien Gmbh

– 0,26 % Mr. Voulgarakis

– 0,25 % Mr. Jung

PROJECTS

• In September 2004 the first windpark consisting of 5 Enercon E-6.44 with a total capacity of 3 MW was realized.

• Evroenergy obtaines also an installation license of 30 MW in Xanthi

• And, has applied to RAE for granting of 5 new production licenses in North Eastern Greece with a total estimated capacity of 100,3 MW.
